1) Services & Accounts

EZBiz provides business tools including CRM, automations, e-signature/e-documents, websites/funnels, AI assistants, communications tools, and related services. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

2) Plans, Fees & Billing

• Starter Plan (Monthly): $19.99 to start with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial $19.99; on day 14 an additional $19.99 completes your first month ($39.99 total). Months 2–3: $39.99/mo. Month 4+: $79.99/mo.
• Pro Plan (Annual): $39.99/mo billed annually ($479.88). You may upgrade from Starter during your first 3 months to lock this rate for 12 months. After the 14-day guarantee, the annual fee is non-refundable.
• Auto-Renewal: Plans renew automatically unless cancelled per Section 9.
• Taxes & Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for applicable taxes and any third-party charges (e.g., payment processor fees, optional telephony usage, domain costs).

3) Optional Done-For-You “Segments”

We offer optional hands-on builds billed per Segment at $99 per Segment + $10/month maintenance per Segment.

• What counts as a Segment: a funnel page/step, a website section/page, a workflow/automation, a booking/calendar flow, a pipeline with stages, an AI agent configuration, or an e-document template set.
• Maintenance includes: light copy/image swaps, link & pixel checks, minor timing/message tweaks, and best-practice refreshes.
• Not included: net-new pages/steps/automations or full redesigns (scoped as new Segments).

4) Domains, Hosting & SSL

• Domains are not included. You may connect your own domain or launch on our provided subdomain. Typical registrar pricing is separate (e.g., ~$10–$20/year).
• Hosting and SSL for your site/funnel are included with your subscription while active.

5) Communications, A2P 10DLC & Usage-Based Charges

• A2P 10DLC: If you text from a local number, carrier registration (brand/campaign) is required. Registration and monthly carrier fees are pass-through and not included in your subscription.
• Usage-based telephony: SMS/MMS segments, voice minutes, call recordings, and related items are billed per use by the telephony provider and are not included. You can monitor usage in your dashboard.
• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with messaging rules/laws (e.g., opt-in/opt-out, consent, content restrictions).

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including without limitation: illegal activity; spam or unsolicited messages; infringement; harassment; scraping; reverse engineering; security testing without consent; or circumventing access limits.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your content. You grant EZBiz a license to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the Services.
• Our IP: The Services, software, templates, and documentation are owned by EZBiz and its licensors.
• Feedback: You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback without obligation.

8) E-Signature & Electronic Communications

By using e-docs/e-signature features, you consent to conduct business electronically. You are responsible for the legality of your documents and obtaining required consents.

9) Cancellation & Termination

• Starter (Monthly): Cancel anytime; access continues through your current billing period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable.
• Pro (Annual): 12-month commitment; non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window.
• We may suspend or terminate for violation of these Terms, legal risk, or non-payment.

10) Warranty Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee results, uptime, or that the Services will be error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZBiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to EZBiz in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold EZBiz harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country] without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State], and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there. You waive any right to a jury trial.
