This Privacy Policy explains how EZBiz (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you use our websites, products, and services (“Services”).

  • Billing Data: payment method details processed by our payment processor(s); we store limited tokens/metadata.

  • Customer Content: content you upload or connect (contacts, messages, documents, funnels, websites, etc.).
  • Integrations: data from connected tools (calendars, email, payment gateways, ads, etc.).

2) How We Use Information

  • Configure your AI assistant, funnels, websites, workflows, and e-doc features.
  • Process payments, detect/prevent fraud, and ensure security.

6) Telephony, A2P 10DLC & Messaging

If you enable messaging from local numbers, A2P 10DLC registration and carrier rules apply. Usage (e.g., SMS segments, MMS, minutes, recordings) is billed by the telephony provider. You are responsible for opt-in/opt-out compliance and message content. See Terms for details.

7) Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete content within your account; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

8) Security

We employ technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your Rights & Choices

  • Access/Update: manage most data in your account settings.
  • Delete: request deletion subject to legal exceptions.
  • Marketing Opt-Out: unsubscribe links or contact us.
