1) Consultation-led services

We provide consultation-led services that may include business consulting, branding, websites, CRM/automation, media support, funding consultations, and POS/payment processing consultations.

  • No direct purchase on this webpage: This site is informational and provides a way to request a consultation.
  • Scope and pricing: Services are scoped and quoted after a discovery call and/or review of your needs.
  • Custom solutions: If a need is not listed, we may propose a custom solution after consultation.

2) Funding consultations

Funding consultations are informational and focused on readiness, documentation, and strategy. We do not guarantee approval, terms, or outcomes. Third-party funding products (if applicable) are offered by third parties under their own eligibility requirements and terms.

3) POS / payment processing consultations

POS/payment processing consultations may include statement review, fit assessment, and discussion of options. Eligibility and savings depend on your business, processing history, underwriting, and provider terms. No savings or pricing outcome is guaranteed.

4) Booking, communications, and SMS terms

Booking details are collected through our scheduling tools. Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via email and/or SMS depending on your selections.

  • SMS consent: If SMS is used, consent is collected on the booking form where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.

5) Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for booking and consultation needs.
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, access, or required materials.
  • Use deliverables lawfully and comply with third-party platform rules.

6) Payments, invoices, and refunds

If you receive an invoice, payment terms will be stated on the invoice or in a written agreement. Payments may be processed by third-party processors. Refunds (if any) are handled according to the invoice/agreement terms or case-by-case if not specified.

7) Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials and processes. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for you for your business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8) Third-party services and links

This site may include third-party links or embedded tools. Third parties operate under their own policies and terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9) Disclaimers

  • We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.
